We do ship to Canada; however customers are responsible for paying Goods and Services Tax (GST) and/or duty. Freedom is not responsible for Canadian GST or Custom Fees, and Freedom Performance will NOT cover the charges.

We only ship UPS Ground. If you would like to get product sooner, you would have to provide us with your own shipping label.

We do not offer Overseas shipping. You would need to provide us with a prepaid shipping label.

It depends on the availability of the product ordered. Each product is made to order and Backordered products may take anywhere from 6-12 weeks from when the order is placed. To be put on the production list for the product, an order needs to be placed. We are unable to hold a product for you unless it is on order with us. Once we ship it to you it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your tracking email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

Due to scarcity of material, all products will be 8-10 weeks from day of purchase. Please do not call for lead times. Thank you!

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to replace an order due to a warranty issue, please fill out our warranty for on our website. We do not do returns, cancellations or adjustments to your order past 24 hours after it is placed. Thank you.

The quiet baffle is for slip-ons, 2 into 2's, 2-into1's, and anything removable, it attaches to the end cap.

The quiet muffler is the "quiet baffle" for the Sharp Curve Radius and the Radical Radius ONLY. It is called a muffler because it is a whole muffler piece, and it is the only baffle that is attached to it, therefore it is a whole muffler piece that we will be providing.

We do not recommend a tuner as it is not nessecesary, however it is up to the customer and their preferences.

Yes, brackets are included in packaging. However NOT ALL exhaust systems require brackets. Others may require relocator brackets which are sold separately.

Due to shortage of materials and the high demand of systems, we do not sell individual parts.

Freedom standard true-dual header has an individual header for each cylinder. The front cylinder pushes more than the rear because it gets more air & gas generating more horsepower. The “Crossover Chamber Header” combines front & rear header cylinders co-mingling adding heat in the crossover chamber to generate more torque. 

Simply put, Torque is a way to measure force. Torque is great for short runs. Horsepower, on the other hand, measures the amount of power that is transferred from the engine to the wheels.
 
The FPE heat shields cover the crossover chamber, so they look flawless.

Any warranties with a shipping address outside of domestic (USA or Canada) must be scheduled or handled by the customer as we DO NOT handle International shipments.

Please note that warranties may only be submitted to replace damaged, missing or incorrect product you received. Therefore, there WILL NOT be any REFUNDS authorized for any warranties.
