Order Cancellation Policy
Freedom Performance Exhaust aftermarket parts orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of the order being placed.
Once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, cancellation or modification requests will not be accepted.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have shipped, even if the request is made within the 24-hour window. Because Freedom Performance works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase and before the order leaves our facility.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully, including product selection, quantities, fitment, shipping information, and billing information, before submitting their order.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Order Cancellation Policy.
Orders placed under the payment plan “Shop Pay” CANNOT be canceled or refunded after “24 hours” from the date of purchase.
